Guy is the Founder of PG-420 and  has a deep and varied background in creative and managerial positions.

 

As a pioneer of marketing through “retail music branding”, at AEI Music Network, his Brand Identity consulting taught brands like Starbucks, Old Navy, America Airlines, and Nike how to expand Brand awareness while creating new revenue streams. Mr. Perry conceived and helped develop a music programming tool preceding the Pandora model by several years.  

 

As Program Director, Guy conceived and launched two radio station formats in Tijuana for US audiences, and served as a consultant for XM-Satellite Radio and 3XY Radio (Melbourne, Australia). More recently, Mr. Perry  Co-founded Cloud Cover Music, a “Disruptive Innovation” in the commercial streaming music industry. He also spent time at San Diego's fabled KGB-FM.

 

Mr. Perry has also written/produced music documentaries for radio, American Airlines, and served as Co-Producer for "The Love of the Game', a Fox Sports Television production of a basketball game played on 11-foot baskets.

 

Guy is the author of a feature film script on the exploits of the true inventor of 420 and has published "420 Smokelore", the first book ever written on the true history and evolution of the globally famous number.

 

 

Gordon Majack is a writer, editor, and published author highly respected for his content creation skills. Gordon is most recently editor of "420 Smokelore" and the ghostwriter and editor of "Living Miracle", the autobiography of Greg Perry. "Living Miracle" is the rags-to-riches story of a black kid from South Central, Los Angeles who overcame the challenges of gangs, organized crime, and addiction, to become a superstar real estate agent, self-made millionaire, and dedicated family man.

 

Previously, Gordon edited "Pathway of the Immortal", for Elizabeth MacDonald Burrows, the renowned spiritual teacher with whom Gordon studied privately.

 

Because of his previous experience as a business executive and music programming professional for an esteemed commercial music company, he is also an asset to PG-420 for his vision, strategic analysis, and planning skills.

Gary Wysocky’s vast experience includes overseeing all accounting functions, budgets in excess of $35 million, collaborating in financial planning, compliance with financial and taxation reporting regulations and litigation support services (forensic accounting).

 

While at Los Angeles business management firms, Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, and Jess Morgan & Company, Gary worked with numerous high profile clients from the Film and Music industries.

 

A two term Santa Rosa City Councilman , 

Mr. Wysocky  was a strong proponent of the city council goal of enacting local ordinances to recognize the medical cannabis industry needs and government’s responsibilities to regulate and protect the community.  He has served of the council subcommittee charged with this task since its inception interacting with state officials to draft policies that compliment state laws and regulations

Jeff Koblick is a graduate of the Hastings School of Law, attorney, Founder and Managing Member of Magna Real Estate, LLC, a $50M real estate investment fund.  Over the last 20 years he has participated in the purchase, financing and management of over 35 commercial properties.

 

In 1983 he founded a software company named International Microcomputer Software, Inc., whose leading businesses included TurboCAD computer-aided design software, ArtToday.com and Photos.com.   IMSI went public on the NASDAQ in 1988 and achieved revenues of $60M annually. 

 

At IMSI he served in various capacities including CEO, COO, General Counsel and Chairman of the Board.  

 

Luke K. Stanton is an attorney whose work over the past decade has entrenched him in the American cannabis industry, understanding the medical and recreational markets- the business from a variety of perspectives. 

 

From San Rafael, California, Luke began focusing some years ago on defending medical cannabis interests and towards working with businesses on the emerging legal cannabis landscape.  

 

Mr. Stanton founded the Frontera Law Group (FLG) 2015, one of the first law offices in the state to truly focus on 

business issues in the space- partnerships, sales and acquisitions of businesses, intellectual property, licensing and entertainment deals, trademark counseling and registration, medical marijuana compliance, cannabis entrepreneurship, cannabis industry start-ups, state licensing, and multi-state expansion projects

 Brad is a "True Original" and undeniable inventor of the iconic worldwide term for cannabis. "Beeb" could not have known when he first coined "420" in 1970, it would evolve into a cultural phenomenon, used by millions of people around the globe every day..

 

A master prankster in his younger days, Brad predates the Jerky Boys with his phone calling prowess by decades. His fearless pranks and escapades are legendary in his neighborhood and San Rafael. He was a real life "Ferris Bueller on steroids".

 

Brad has made a career singing the songs of Frank Sinatra and other jazz standards in nightclubs, casinos, and cruise ships. As a teenager, he had an amazing talent to imitate rock singers of the time, and once in while, would do a Sinatra impression to a Led Zeppelin song.

 

One of the more unique people in his hometown, Mr. Bann still lives in San Rafael and performs his classic songlist all over Marin County and the Bay Area.

 

Geoff Meagher

Geoff Meagher is a proven and dynamic executive, highly skilled in operating and positioning both companies and products for growth and maximization of shareholder value.  He has over thirty years of broad management experience in marketing and distribution, service and manufacturing industries including being COO of AEI Music, one of the largest and most unique commercial music service business; two years as President/COO of an outdoor apparel manufacturing company and, over twenty years as principal of a private capital and management consulting company. Currently he is Chairman of N2uitive, Inc.; President/Principal of Cascade Capital, Inc.; and serves on the Boards of N2itive, Cucina Fresca, and Nextune, Inc.

Ann Modisette

Ms.Modisette brings a wealth of energy, knowledge, and spirit to the MJA Trust. A graduate of Long Beach State University, Ann later served as Director of Child Development at Harbor College. With her childhood development background, she has been heavily involved in philanthropy and working for the benefit of children charities for many years.

 

Ann is a corporate officer for a privately held company and has served as vice president at two corporations with fiduciary responsibilities, focused on employee benefits, and she remains active networking in her local business community. 

 

In addition to being a published photographer, Ms. Modisette's experience, positive attitude, and sense of community, plus organizational skills are terrific assets she brings to PG-420
